im gunna box in the battery and fuel pumps in checkerplate boxes, rid that surface rust and maybe spray on the rubber stuff? ne more info on it?

Many panel shops use Emer-clad. It's an industrial elastic waterproof coating ( just like tray liner ) it's used mainly in the building industry. When used with a underbody spray gun it comes out just like stoneguard. It can be coloured. Only problem is it comes in at $90 for 4litres as the smallest.
