i adjusted my'ne a couple of weeks ago and it still seems fine. what i did was i got a friend to wiggel the steeringwheel inbound with the play and slowly tightened the adjuster to the point where there was minimum play on the steeringwheel. about 5cm or so.

hey.
my steering was moving up and down, new bush from nissan, had to chop in half though so it wassnt poking out the end of collumn.
