Just wondering if anyone knows what Hitachi turbos are like and if they are any good.

Its a Hitachi HT18-38B model for 1000-1500cc sort of applications.

Any help appreciated.

Most Hitachi stuff is pretty good. I'd give you mate Richard a ring. If he dosn't know, someone at his old work will be able to help you. (I can't remmember the addy, but he'll know it)
