I aim to acheive at least 150hp out of my 2 litre, i want to leave the bottom end relatively stock maybe with some mild boring, how big should i port the head?? and what sort of cam should i put in in?? keeping in mind that i want to have resonable fuel economy

I don't think you will get that, but i'll tell you what I think you'll need to get 150hp.

Exhaust
Cam(talk to Datsport there very good in my view)
Twin webers
A good port job and shave it down a bit.
And just a bit of a rebuild.

Hi you can get 150 HP fairly easy but it doesn`t come all that cheap
1/series 2 bottom end
2/deck the block 40thou
3/weld up the combustion chambers and reshape
4/76 deg cam, preferably clive cams
5/ a good port job
6/ a set of hm datsun specials and twin 45`s.
