yes they do. I have one in my 1200 ute. I think you have to weld up some brackets for the handbrake, and posiibly some new mounts onto the diff ( I didn't do the conversion myself)

The track width is increased by 20mm or something with this diff, but if you have 120y or stanza struts, it'll be about right.

I take it by your username that you have a CA18det. if its mild, you can use a 1200 ute diff. apparently they can handle (mild only) ca's. If its worked, the 120y diff won't hold on a lot longer, but i think they are slightly stronger.
