Who owns a 1200 ute and is from WA? I was thinking maybe having a ute only meeting/cruise. just the elite. :)

Yup, not a bad idea, but are there enough utes out there?....... elitists usually end up belting off by themselves.

If you are interested, there is a Ute show (as part of the agricultural show) in Carnamah this weekend- I was hoping to have mine ready for it, but a holiday got in the way. Real V8 WB territory out there, so you would want to get a few mates together..... But a couple of dattos would mix things up and might be in for a chance for some prizes in the barrel race & awards (especially people's choice where the kids and oldies will vote for anything that's different to the rows of close to stock late model holdens)

yeh i'd be in that....
looks like there's a datsun cruise coming up on ozdat, so it might be a good idea to see how many we get to that first.

carnamah looks a fair way out for me, don't think i'll be heading down either. (looks like a 4 hour drive)

saw a hilux cruise go through freo a while back, and couldn't help but think how much better it would be if they were datto's....

Might be...... depends if I get my suspension & mags sorted this weekend. There is a good chance I will be halfway through the brake upgrade. It is still all in one piece at the moment. I spose I could keep it that way for the run but it looks crap with the stock rims and the brakes dont work real well.
