hey,
when i drive me car it makes a tick tick tick that increases with engine speed.
its pretty loud and annoying the crap outta me.
any ideas as to what it may be.???

it could also be an exhaust leak at the manifold, where it meets the head. It would make 1 tick per 2 engine revolutions.

could be the gearbox aswell, i had a tick tick tick and it increased in speed as revs/speed got up. Noise went away when clutch pressed but didnt go away when in neutral.

while we are here, the big resistor that sits above coil is gettin pretty hot.
burned an unsuspecting finger on it just then.
any ideas on this one.????
