tryin to make up an efi manifold for my Turbo charged A12. i dont have access to the standard efi system nor a manifold for twin sidedrafts. So i have came up with the idea to use a modified standard one, but would like your input on this setup.

make sure you clean up the inside on the "old" manifold while you're there.

but yes, great thinking.

you can get camira cold-start injector bosses welded to the injector holes you've drilled to take a press fit injector for a low cost alternative.

cheapest is sometimes the easiet and best way to go about things.

Were does one get camira cold-start injector bosses from ?? Or are you talking about cutting up an old camira manifold ?

camira injector bosses are srew in units i think.... just weld them in though....
camiras come with enough problems. Dont spread them to the 1200's
