Fantastic - very impressed with the way the rear handled the burnout. Are you running exactly the same springs as Craig had on whitey or do yours still have the extra half leaf as made up for you?

Awesome! I'm surprised you were even able to clock in at 8 seconds with all that wheel spin. It looks very similar to how mine goes....rearend all over the place If you have an electronic boost controller, try turning down the boost for 1st gear, then set up Scramble mode to run your desired boost level after 1st gear. As soon as you stop burning out in 1st, hit Scramble and let her rip...it's kinda like holding off on the nitrous until you can make good use of it (without losing traction). I might try this whenever I get to drag my 1200

Craig it still has the custom John taylor rear springs with the extra leaf they work very well. Although on my first run I tried taking off in 1st and when I hit second had very bad diff hop its never happened before??? dont know what was going on there maybe too much traction???
Andy the burnout and takeoff in the video is in 2nd gear 1st gear is a waste of time. I do have electronic boost control. Ill have to look into doing as you suggested say 10psi 1st 15psi second and 20psi for the rest

After 2nd gear the datto just launches and leaves the ford for dead. Nice work Andrew.

I absolutely loved it.

The in-car camera lets us get a good look at your helmet in the mirror, but it was a good ride none-the-less.

I LOVED the drag footage. I think the Falcon driver needs binoculars just to be able to keep you in sight. It simply was not in the same race.

Congratulations, i loved it.

P.S. I'm sending you two bags of cement to help with that traction problem.

Thanks for the compliment's guys. The other car is actually an old camaro with 327 chev. I look forward to giving it a run at full quarter one day early next year it definatly has some big top end. Should be running around mid 11's at 120mph
