Ok here the scenario! I own a datsun Sunny sedan (a12), he owns a vanette (a15)! Just a few questions;

Will the engine mounts from the a12 cater for the a15?

Will the sunny (a12 sump) fit on the a15?

Will my new clutch on the a12, fit on the a15?

Will my extractors from the a12, bolt up to the a15?

I have asked these questions before and have recieved a variety of responses. Does anyone know any definite answers or has completed the same conversion?

You own an Australian Sunny [B310] Right? I can only assume since we aren't priveledged to know what country you are in.
Perhaps you could fill in that detail in your profile.

The engine mount brackets that are bolted to your A12 block will fit onto the A15 block. This means that you can then use your original engine mounts.

The A12 sump will fit to the A15 block, but don't do it for the reasons given the last time a answered this question for you.

The clutch will fit, but think about using the lighter A12 flywheel too.

The extractors will fit the A15 cylinder head, but no guarantees that the stock A15 inlet manifold will fit back on. The only way to find out is to give it a try. The A12 inlet manifold will not fit onto the A15 head.

Since you have added your location details, then yes, you have a B310 car. The Sunny name was used on the small Datsun models in various markets throughout the world since late 1966, but only on the B310 version in Australia
