Is megasquirt availiable in aust? how much is it if you import it? thanx mark

I don't think anybody distributes kits here if that's what you mean...

The idea with the Megasquirt is you make it yourself... That is is you are good with electronics... I think only kits are available, not completed assemblies (I could be wrong though).

I woudn't mind building one myself, but I don't have any intentions of EFI'ing my car at the moment...

does good kits, and is well renound. Both ship to Aus, and heeps better to get them with all the bits than try and find stuff here.

I had enough problem finding a spare crystal, let alone any of the other bits

Check the yahoo message groups too - there used to be an Oz Megasquirt mailing group a few years ago - they ran a lot of Group Buys on the parts.
