Can anyone help me with this question?
What are the specifications of the J15 engine that came on the datsun 620 and in the 521.
The engine looks like the A15, but witch is the better?
the a14 camshaft fits the J15?
The J15 can be upgraded?
thanks
americo

the j 15 is one big hunk of a motor it has iron head and looks at least twice as heavy as the a series i have one in a fairlady 1500 and it aint inspiring the a series is a far better motor in my opinion as it at least has decent valve stem seals and a head made of a 20th century metal ports on the j series arent too bad but not good enough to justify the weight

I'd like to know if a J15 crank fits into a A14/15 block!

I think the J15 has a three bearing crank.
