wow that a14 must have the best of the best! roller rockers massive cam huge head work etc.. sure he isnt using a A15 block with a14 head or something to get more CC? For it to do a 13.85 it must be a pig of a motor (as in ruff and tuff)! couldnt be streetable and also on race fuel.

sounds good but!

I think I can help you.
The guy is registered on this site with the name of minnesh.
Send him a PM and hear what he has done to the engine.
I can also give his cellnumber if you want.
I doubt he used a GX head as they are very scarse. Personally I will not mess up a GX head if you get hold of one.
They are just too precious.

As far as I know this has been done.
Ford laser valves to get max valve size.
Shaved Block and head to get 13,5 : 1 comp ratio.
Ceramic coated pistons and combustion chambers on cylinder head.
(I think it is to handle the high comp and also racing fuel).
Of course you must also balance the whole bottom end.
Branches and free flow exhaust and sidedraught webers and a cam.
If you need a GX cylinder head, let me know.
There is a scrapyard in Durban that had 4 of them about a year ago.
I wanted to let them send me one as a spare but I live in Bloemfontein and didnt want to take a chance.
By the way, they wanted R800 for one.
I got one in Bloem for R400.
It just needs some work like valves, guides seals, etc.

Shout if you need any more info.

1200GXman.

Why don't you build a quick streeter.
Ask B120dat.
He has a very nice street A14 engine.

With injection i reckon a full house A14 will give you 125rwhp at the most no more...
