So how much has it all cost you?

I could go you all day but I couldnt be bothered.
You say misinformed but in the same post you varified it. lol
I dont claim to have any of my 2 dattos on the road. They are my spare time hobbies. When they are done they will be done. Untill then, I am quite happy to drive my 98 Hilux, practical with the comfort of aircon.

Exciting days How exciting can busting your arse for the future get?

history has proven you would if you could

i dont keep tabs on the costs but i would say including purchase of the car ($2000) and stereo stuff ($1000) probably 5-6000

do you want me to list the mods and different engine configurations?, or to include the rally car i built aswell?

what has money got to do with this?

Whats my dattos and me working on them got to do with it?
I just want the costing of since the twin turbo setup was bought and put on. You could list what things you have done and what things you have re-done and what things you have re-re-done, but I am guessing that would take allday.
All valuable information ( if costing is actual) to show what the cost expands out to be when you jump the gun, do things on the cheap and not think about things properly.
Please correct me if you dont feel this is important info.
Yeah we all have to trial and error and this costs.
Sort of explains why Kegs is still gathering info dont you think?

just was thinking if you put the same effort/passion into your datto as you do your "conversations" on here the datto might be finished

your right it would take all day, not much has been re-done in the sense of re-designing at all (the only thing i truly wasted money on was $50 of connections to try to make my own boost control), my only other real mistake has been using a foam air filter and not oiling it properly which resulted in killing two turbos and a motor

but im happy to say it so others may not make the same mistake

i'm doing something that hasn't been done before, though even still its not a massive difference

most of what i did i learnt on this site, and i always give it the credit it deserves

we both had the same intention to help kegs, but we both felt like we had told him before, thats all i said, you had to tell me to get my hand off it...

Aww someone sound like they need a hug
I do put passion and effort into my dattos. Thats the reason why when they bust out, nothing will be like them, Thats the same reason why it also appears not much is happening on the wagonfront

if ya want to pick on me accuse me of not being able to get the injected setup to make as much power up top as the carbie setup did

hmm?? most of the carb turbo cars i know make more power up top, its jus that they have little or no drivability.

ah well if thats how you feel, anyone who knows me from here knows i dont like to sell stuff anyway.. i hold onto it for future projects

i did tell you on msn AGES ago so you might not remember, it was before you had so much fabrication and stuff completed when you were first asking about fuel setups and rising rate regs

apparently me and phunk aren't having an argument, so he tells me in PM's, so dont start one now kegs
