If you really want to do something to it, put in a big sound system. I put a fibreglass lid on the tray of my ute and put two 15' subs, 400w amp and a set of 6x9's in custom boxes in the tray then had them and under the lid covered in black and green crush velour. the roof liner and door trims are the same and the seats will be done next week.

I know this might sound harsh but I think you should be happy if you get 6-700 dollars fot it.
$200 used A15,
$200 efi manifold
$200 blower.
Doesn't mean you couldn't get more for it, but I dont think you could complain about getting 6-700.

i think what phunk said is a bit of a harsh price, maybe as a parted out engine u may get something like his mentioned price, but if its a complete setup bolt in theres where the money is. i think if ppl are selling turbo motors that cheap ill never sell mine its cost me too much to sell for 1000 bucks ......

Like I said, It might sound harsh.
I am sure if you wait long enough you might get someone to buy it for the price it sounds like you are wanting.
I think if you sold it complete - motor, pumps, radiator, box, etc , without a computer, you might get $1000.
I feel you have to look at the price of the engine you are looking at getting. A CA. Look at the cost of that engine with box etc, it puts into perspective what the A series is worth realistically. What its worth to build and what its worth to buy are 2 different things.

I am in no way saying you have to sell it for that price. You asked what people think its worth.
Best of luck with your sale.

I sold my A12GX motor on ebay for $820 a few weeks ago, I think ebay would yield you a successful sale within a week for a price that both you and the customer can be happy with
