Turbo
Exhaust Manafuld
boxed carby (drawthrough) or built for boost
Su or other side drough (suckthrough)
Low comp head
Forged pistons
oil lines

or you can go fuel injected but thats another story. but you have to remember that you cant just slap on a turbo to an a12 with minimal dollars being spent and for it to work perfect the first time. The best way i find is to either buy an a12 and an engine stand and to work the whole thing externally or jst try it bit buy bit and keep expermenting with it untill you finally get it all right, and in the end if the thing dosent work out for ya you still lern a #### load from it.
