i found the problem.. :D :D

just now i am fooling around.. and only notice there is something wrong with the choke leaf..

then i only notice the mech not connected my auto choke.. :(

Sounds like the choke pull-off is bad. It happens frequently that these go bad. If you live in the tropics, turning the choke to permanently "open" is fine.

Thoughts...
I had this problem with my A15 when I was running petrol, I went to a datsun show and many datsuns ( not just with A series engines, A,L, KA seem to do that, as does the E series ) seem to feel like they run on 3 cylinders for a minute after startup and then don't do it. I was thinking that it was moisture condencing on one of the spark plugs, because the enging gets a little warm and it goes away and tends to not do it except when the engine block is cold.

since i converted to LPG it doesnt do that...

wow .. yesterday my engine like this again.. feel like running on 3 cylinder again
but it is quite ok.. cause it warm up quite fast.. after few seconds..

LPG is it some kind of natural gas vehicle or electric powered one?

in our country we have this natural gas vehicle.. bit it seems like hard to find a petrol station to refill the gas.. and also the boot space will be used to accomodate a large tank.. :) but the refill quite affortable though..
