Hey just need a few suggestions as to what radiators people are running with their SR20 powered 1200's.
Im after economy in price, lightweight, and excellent cooling capacity as well as easy fit.
I am also running a large oil cooler as well as a winged, baffled and finned alloy sump to keep oil temp in check.

Auto Sport Engineering in Adelaide might be able to help you out. they make custom intercoolers and radiators by request.
ASE

other than that, i'm not sure if there are any bigger than an A15 radiator that would fit in easily.

here's one with a CA18DET with a custom radiator. i think it says Mr. Enforcer Engineer on it.Luke's CA18DET Ute

this is a 1600 with a custom radiator.
Adam's SR20DET 1600
it has stuff about the radiatpr right at the top of the page.

hope this helps

Hey Craig........

A pulsar radiator should do the job. Itkeeps mine under control, so it should be fine for yours. Justin also uses the same thing - very light too.

Are you back at work this week or on Hols? I need to come over your way sometime this week.

Mark.

mmmm......I think the outlets are the wrong way around

I need looking into the engine bay the right of the radiator for the outlet to be at the top right and the outlet on the left to be at the bottom or mid point.

there are two types of n13 radiators, the import version has outlets on the same side.

Basically you can not get a bigger (wider) radiator in there, nice and light too.

easy, install the bottom mounts the n13 has or similar and make up/modify the top brackets

Craig, I have mine out at the moment and I need to come over your way this week sometime. I'd be more than happy to bring the radiator with me for you to check dimensions etc. It does seem though that the outlets are in the wrong spot.

Mark.
