Excellent! Get it sorted, and get it dyno'd. I'm always amped to hear what sort of HP people can screw out of our dearly loved A series's.

yeah would love to get it on dyno, except idont have the money to even run it on the dyno let alone have someone take the carbies off strip, rebuild them then put it all back on and then tune it, starting to worry me as the leaks and stuff are getting worse.... hmmm i dont know what to do

Theres a bloke on ebay that i got 2 rebuild kits for my dellortos through, all up $75 landed here in australia and i got a few air correctors, idle jets and mains, also does synthetic top gaskets because he says the paper top gaskets always leak. Might be just the thing you need. Then get a dellorto manual and have some fun! Also dont overtighten your rubber mounts or they wlll piss fuel all over your headers = fire

thanks guys just another quick update, i got the water injection working on the weekend i figured out how they get it to work, it all has one way valves that let the tank get pumped up to higher pressure than the engine has running through it and stores it within the system of valves and when the switch opens its already full of pressure to work.either that or it pumps the tank to top boost pressure and then when the switch comes on as boost is rising, its able to let water in up to max boost until the pressure is even.

ok guys now for the bad news.....
looks like my engine is now phucked, i just took it apart and put stock carby back on and started it up runs fine but blows ####loads of fumes out the breathers, and if u have the motor running and take of the oil cap it blows off as though the block is all pressurized, it even blew my breather hoses off the inlet manifold, ohh well looks like its back to jeffs for more parts. anyone suggest problems? im thinking either rings or pistons are like swiss cheese???

Most likely rings. You woudnt think it would be a piston this early in the peace. Was the motor run in properly. Thats the biggest question. A few pound of boost shouldnt hurt it this early if it was a fresh rebuild unless high boosting on a not run in motor.

Damn that sucks big time.
You did say the carbies were leaking under boost.
My bets on the rings.
I wouldnt have even been running boost until the rings had a chance to bed in.
