Make it yourself with a 3 inch mandrel bend. The regular sized turbo outlet + wastegate section = 3 inch circumference (Could have been 3.5 inch - Please measure it on the standard dump pipe's internal diameter).
Buy the steel flange from a place like Liverpool Exhausts in Sydney. Unless you are running a big GT turbo, don't bother you won't see any benefit, use the standard one, or use a SR20DET one, they fit better in a 1200.

Only get a custom dump pipe if you need it to help clear steering, or if you are running a custom manifold, and would like something less than a 90 degree bend.

Making it yourself will cost about $60.

Cheers,
Chris.

Spud, Give Rama a call at Arrow Diffs in Sydney on 02-9526-5955. He made me up a very nice stainless steel 3 inch dump pipe to suit my 1200 - CA18DET conversion and it clears the idler arm and firewall nicely. I bought it a year or so ago but it was around the $220 mark I think. My was one of the first he did but he's got the template now. It will save you a lot of stuffing around!
