I've just done the pulsar dizzy conversion,a second hand dizzy and coil cost me $46 without button and cap 'coz I wanted these parts new.Total cost about $60 and a couple of hours work,it's S##t hot

and jaycar make one as well. me soldering is crappy for this type of thing. they cost about $50aus. just have to make and install.

The newer S.A. utes should come with an electronic dizzy like the Japanese counterparts no? We got them here starting around 1989??? Maybe 1991 can't remember but mine's got one... wonder how much they run from Nissan S.A. since they're still made there? I'm sure you can't beat $191OZ here in Japan.

$191 bucks i spose isnt too bad depending how good u want ur a series to go, i bet the postage would make the amount alot higher. surely it can be made with the pulsar dizzy parts alot cheaper.

hey guys i found someone here in s.a that sells a module that replaces your points and condenser to give electronic ignition.
they cost about R1000.00 p&p and fit straight in.
if any one is interested p.m me and we can make a plan
