Hello all,

I tried a set of 14" x 6" wheels on my ute over the weekend and the offset was wrong so it made it look like a monster truck

I was just wondering what the correct offset was and what everyone else is running on their cars?

Thanks

Peter

I have 15 X 6 factory R32 Skyline mags, the fit perfect with my bluebird front struts. The rears just sneak in under the guards. These wheels are running 185/55R15 front and 195/50R15 rears. the only problem is the centre cap hits on the bearing hub, but that I can fix.

fat tyres are great, but i rarely break traction with my 12x5" mags and 155r12 tyres. They are a direct replacement for the original steel rims and look great. My motor is a reasonable setup. I would put it in the slightly more than mild street catagory, and i have no problems. Sure with effort, I can lay some rubber, but who can afford to waste money like that anyways.
Still, thats my experience/opnion

edit : mine look like this...

does anyone know what these are called or made them or anything about em? cheers

reuby_tuesday, they're ROH Wildfire wheels. There's a huge handling improvement if you throw away the horrible 12" tyres and use a reasonable quality 60 series 13" or 14" tyre.
