The H165 just bolted in. The engine would have to be changed after rego, or get it engineered with the stock L16 fitted on the stanza crossmember.

there's only 20mm difference in the stanza to Sunny rear track. Bolting the Stanza rear end into Sunnies is quite common in rally circles as well.

does any one know if the gear shift will come up in the same whole.

It will if you use the stanza 5 speed box.
