bonnet/hood is just the skin left and and is a pin on item (ex junior stocky)Open in new window

like the hold down for the bootlid? it's a flat bit of steel bent 90 degrees that goes where the original 120Y bootcatch went and
has a theaded rod that passes through the skin or the the bootlid and head down with an oversize wingnut!

no I didn't hit a roo, the front was damaged when I got it it had a late model 120Y grille when I got it, but I ripped it out to put in the front bonnet pin, but then couldn't get it back in beacuse of the frontal damage so I ditched it and it;s NOT immculate as yopu can see daylight through the left hand sill panel

and Yes I HAVE tried to kill it but it wouldn't die! the auto played up after a few reverse to firsts, but no datto death yet! Infact I'm planning "the Defect II" (working title) which will be either a 120Y 2 or 4 door sedan or a hatchback, with an "off it's head" A15, and better than stock handling! but will look more "roadworthy"
