I don't think you can run dual points, the reason for the mod or electronic dizzy is to maintain perfect spark and make the contacts last longer

stuff the coil. I have seen a12's boosted over 30psi and still running points.
I would look at your fuel pump first.
If it is ignition all it will be is it needs more advancement. But more advancement will make the car harder to start. If you wanna see if it needs more advancement start the car and then dial alittle more advance in and then see how it goes. But dont waste time on changing the coil because unless your one is dead I can tell you from experience that it will be ok.

There is nothing wrong with too much spark, it can help overcome quite a few problems and widen the perfect operating mixture range, it may not be the only problem but it is a long way towards making this engine run at peak performance

well timing has all been done proffesionally with the turbo motor in mind so im not touching that,

do you think it could be trying to make more boost than the fuel pressure will allow and cutting for that reason?

i dont think there is a way i can get bigger spark without making plug gaps smaller?

No doublt if you can have the best of everything it will be just that " the best"
But if the idea is to keep costs down, there is no point unless something is failing.

the pressure of the fuel pump should go up with boost pressure 4psi @idle and 14psi with 10 pound boost, you wont get bigger spark from closing the gap, it will just make it easier for the spark to jump.

and by making it easir for the spark to jump shuld alievate the problem temporarily till more thought can produce a long term solution

Try a colder plug....that has always helped me squeeze a bit more boost out.

With standard plugs, the 13B was limited to about 10 psi and 6500 rpm. But with B9EGV's I could get 18+ psi and 10,000 + rpm

changing plugs made THAT much diffrence????????

If money wasn't the issue you can get a stoichio meter which measures fuel mixture from the exhaust using an O2 sensor, that would give you a idea on whats going on.
