Hey Guys just wondering on what i should do with my fuel system for my ca18det ute can i run the standard fuel lines or should i upgrade to bigger lines how much power can the standard lines hold il be running a 350hp bosch pump with a surge tank and pre pump just need to know if i should replace the lines.

i used the original line as the return line and ran a 3/8 line for the main line.
It is not that expencive so i thought it couldnt hurt

Definetely run bigger fuel lines. You have to bend up a return line anyway.

Use bundy tube, it's not too hard to bend by hand if you don't have a bender.

It's not about "how much power". It's just something you have to do. Match the diameter of the tubing to the high pressure side of the EFI fuel pump.

Also guys i need to know what radiator to go with so I can still mount a intercooler without to much cutting.

I used a radiator from a nissan sentra B12
turbo deisel---- perfect fit & an intercooler
from a toyota supra. The grill had to go
foward 1/2 inch.
