Reading the article on the red 1200 ute it would be easy to spend the money he is asking to built it. Hell I'm going through that now.

You build the car as a passion, sinking all your spare change into it, striving for performance and that show winning standard.

However if I sold my coupe when it's finished I would be asking $12 000. And most people would think I'm dreaming !!!

I wonder why there is no bids yet, i would tell him he's f#@ken dreamin at that price. Sure it looks good and it would cost him a pretty penny to get it to this stage but the asking price is still way too high. To me, i think if he lowered the starting bid to about $18000 then he may have a chance, and get rid of those ####ty looking mags, those type just don't suit old classic cars as such or any at all if you ask me.

Personally i think the kid is kidding himself, but you guys may have missed something.
I had a mate awhile ago that was getting pressured by his missus to sell his valiant. He didn't want or need to but according to his missus it had to go.
So what's he do, he advertises it for five times what he thinks it is worth. His missus doesn't suspect a thing cause she has an idea of how much he has spent on it.
Shock Horror not one phone call, my mate says "can't sell i guess i'm gunna have to keep it"
