hey guys I am a total newb to the 1200 I have an 82 210 but will be replacing it with a 1200. Anyways the car has 28,000 original miles some surface rust and need some tlc. It is an wutomatic. I was just wondering what i should know about this car,ie. common problems etc. I woul dreally appreciate any help and hey if any of you are located in calgary alberta canada and what my 210 for 500 cdn. let me know

Hi bbmac, welcome to the club. Yes, at least one of our current club members is from Calgary.

If your Datsun 210 (B310) has an A14 or A15, consider putting that engine in your 1200. It's the easiest least expensive power boost you can do.

If your 210 has the A12A engine, put the 5-speed in your 1200, the overdrive is excellent for highway cruising. The 5-speeds are worth a fair bit right now.
