twin dellortos and manifold for 1200

Twin 40 DHLA carbs on a manifold to suit A12 engine. I got these from New Zealand some time ago to put on a 1200 in my 1000 coupe, but I now have an A14 fitted so these are not suitable for the A14. They came from an original 1200SSS - so they will work very well on any A12 motor. Looking for $550.00 I'm in Melbourne but it's easy to post them. Can supply pix.

??? The SSS had oval-port heads, so they won't fit most A12s. On the other hand why wouldn't they work with an A14?

To the best of my knowledge, it's the 1200 GX that had the oval ports, while the NZ built Datsun 1200 SSS had ROUND ports, so this manifold would serve on non GX,.. A10's & A12's.

I am not up on A14 heads, but i thought that they were oval port types, & if this is true, then this maniflod would not work on these ones.
