its been totally seam welded and has a full cage so strength isnt a problem. im not 100% sure but i think power figures would have been around the 250rwkw mark maybe more

Im amazed at the prices some dattos are going for these days. When I first started into modified cars $10k would buy a full show an go datto. These days $15-$20k for the same kinda thing.
I know ive spent well over $30k on mine probably closer to $40 in the 6 yearsive owned and developed it.but really do you think it would be sold for $10-15k???
Not saying that the above car isnt built properly but ive seen some with (hey lets throw a motor in it boost the crap out of it) attitude with minimal brakes susspension ect to handle the stress of this engine. I wonder how long these cars will really last.
My 2 cents worth.
Andrew

My 3 cents worth is that you build it then decide to hang onto it...if people think they can recoup the $$$ they had spent on it...let them think that. Anyway this is a nice car, but Mikalis went for $4500!!!
Who knows what work went into the motor...you can never get that back. If this was running and doing good times at the drags or the track the the $$$ might only just be justified
