i have a e-15et exa had it on the dyno the other day and it's making 113kw and 205 n.m of torque.
all ive done is upgrade the turbo to a td04-15g running 0.6bar filter and a s/s exhaust system.

the only gripe i have with the e15 heads is that they are weak, they crack between the exhaust valve and spark plug thread and on top where your cam sits in

but on a whole it a strong motor mine has 210 k on the speedo and still going strong cant complain about the motor but, the ecu is a piece of sh1t

The heads tend to crack because they have no intercooler and sometimes with poor coolant circulation (eg. corrosion and running on old coolant going off for long periods instead of being changed) causes hotpots that can be fixed by a good welder and also with correct servicing (meaning change oil and coolant when we should) It sounds like a great little monster well done. 205nm of torque is just what you want and enjoy for serious torque steer.

the e engines are ok, had a b11 sunny, the engine mounts in a ####ty way, transverse engines suck ok. they like to rev, there is TBI in on e16i, there is mpfi from the e15et, and a sucky cardb option the e16s, maybe use a ga16de or ga18de...

I simply hate the E series engine mounts, they are prone to slopping around and shearing off wimpy bolts.

not a good engine mount for cars that are jumped.
