Nice work Bart!
I will try to make mine fit under the hood of my car. Not sure I can do it. Does your blower create that great whining sound when revved up? What % overdrive with the pulleys are you using?

A14fORCE is using a Toyota SC14 from the 1G-GZE motor, it's a self lubricated, two lobe rootes blower also, 1400cc per rev or approx 84ci - AFAIK it has a 32/36 downdraft on top of it.

I'm planning a similar setup with the same supercharger though fed by two 1.75" SUs from a 240Z (Round tops)

I am going to use a KF Industires 70 cubic inch two lobe roots type blower. KF Industries was a company that went out of business years ago and someone bought the rights to it. I have no idea who is currently making them, but a friend of a friend is an outlet for them in the US.

In any case, there are no other parts available for it. You have to make everything! I started with the drive system for it. I decided to use a B11 Sentra [E16] timing belt and gears to drive it at 1.5 to 1 ratio [50% overdriven] for now. Mounted on the blower is an E16 jackshaft pulley. Next is a picture of the E16 cam belt pulley attached to the machined flat A15 crank pulley. It was located with dowel pins and attached with allen head screws, after the outer V-belt pulley was machined off. The center hole of the cam belt pulley had to be bored out as well, to allow the crank hub bolt access.

I plan to make my own blower intake and run a single side draft carburetor into the blower. I still have to make the idler pulley for the drive system. The blower itself is lubricated with the engine oil tapped from the oil pressure galley.

I'd sure like to see some pictures and/or get a description of A14force's blower setup. Does anyone know what he's using?
