I reckon your better off going for one thats a bit more expensive, and better condition aswell. I spent $2000 buying mine, and spent over 2 weeks just removing rust... but at least you've got another 3 years or so until you get your licence, so your not in any sort of hurry!!! you never know what might pop up...

You little men are unlucky. I just sold a green 1200 ute with rust only on the driver rear and the best standard interior around to my mate for 1900. Of course third was totally f****d and it only had a months rego and bald tyres, but let me tell ya it was an awesome little beast. A15 webbers extractors exhaust locked diff, it was like fun in a box. I will post pics up of it in a few days.

I haven't had 2 on it yet, but I could fit em... I'll have to borrow my mates one day to prove it. this is with the tailgate down, but hey, as long as the chains are strong enough right??? you can't shut the tailgate on a YZ in any standard ute unless you put it diagonal....
and if you can fit a YZ in it, you can fit any 2 wheeler in it!!!
I'd almost be game enough to quote the sticker "real aussie blokes drive utes" but that would be asking for a debate...
plus when uv got a girlfriend, its me, her, sorry, we're full find a lift with someone else
