He can steer.
He doesn't mind revving his car either. Dunno how safe i'd feel being an offical there, just standing there.

I took a look at it today, it's an A series with twin sidies and GX head, and it's built pretty stout. I couldn't get close enough to see everything, but that's what I did see.
