Clips for chrome bonnet strip?

I took the chrome strip off the bonnet the other day and in the process, all the clips gave way. They were really rusty so I sort of expected it.

I have just rung Nissan expecting that I would be able to buy some new but they said that they are no longer available

Does anyone know of something similar that will hold the strip on?
