OK, he with gutter-mouth nickname, [what does it mean anyway?] lets break your post into several seperate elements.

Will it fit?
If an FJ20 can be shoehorned into a 1200, then why wouldn't it fit into the larger engine bay of the 620. That just takes a moment of thought to figure out, so, yes, it can be made to fit.

Where do you get it?
I have no idea what models of Nissan cars were sold into Hawaii, but wrecking yards, particularly Nissan specialist yards would be a good start. Specialist Japanese used parts importers are another good source. A quick check of the yellow pages should be helpfull. Have a look in Trading Post type publications while you are next on the toilet. Now that wasn't too hard, was it?

Cost?
You would need to find an engine, or rotted out car, or half cut, & ask the seller how much he wants, as these people will be the best place to get that part of the question answered.

Next, as it would seem that you have very little experience at this sort of stuff, you might want to read some hot-car magazines to see what shops are available to you to do some of the specialised work. Check with repair shops where the boss has his racer parked nearby as these people would have a good idea of what you need. They could give you an idea of some of the costs involved in your particular conversion.

The more work that you can competently do yourself, the less that the whole job will cost.

How well equiped is your workshop, & how experienced are you at engineering these sorts of conversions?

The USA never got FJ20s. You could probably get one through a "Japanese engine" importer.

If you goal is just to burn up the 1/4 mile, fit a Ford or Chevy V8 into your Datsun truck. It'll fit, and they are inexpensive.
