Oh yeah forgot to mention. If you wanted to supercharge the a15 my cousin still has the head profile of the one the did for a fella that ran a 12.8 over the quarter.

Yeah around a grand for the rebuild + that will get u some pistons to up the compression and you could always pay my cousin a little to do the head. Flow, port, polish up a bit + bigger valves and valve springs and with that cam it would give it a bit of giddy up.

A series is definately best for budget unless you can modify everything your self to allow a bigger engine. To go a L series or CA you will need bigger tunnel, struts + diff/tailshaft. Then you will need to get it engineered to be legal and that is like $400?? unless you know someone. Plus i'm sure there is plenty more dollars to spend to get in a bigger than A series engine in.

For budget go the A series. Same struts, cross member, gearbox, diff, tail shaft etc. Spend what it would cost on all this stuff on the A series and youd have a pretty quick streeter.

My 0.02.......... I like the A series with a SC or the CA18DET or SR20DET. Dont like the L's as they just look funny and I have had to many moments that I want to forget with them.

What bout Supercharge the A15, bein it a constant boost ? or just gettin a stock turbo on a CA ?
