Team oldskool refers too an Aseries motor in a 1200 (will consider a 1000, as it is the orginal datsun) that has been worked abit, which hasnt led to cutting up the 1200 too much and still has that great oldskool motor with a set of twins that helps get that awsome pushrod OHV motor reving hard with plenty of guts

the LSeries is out of another Datsun and leads to cutting, and adding more wieght, even though that motor is still sorta oldskool, it isnt the original Aseries motor, so there may need to be a Lseries oldskool club

Any of the above requirements gives the 1200 member the right to wear the team oldskool signature, because they havent given in to the easy newskool ways which too many 1200s have

Keep up the Fight "team oldskool" members i hope to see more in the future and hope too see other rival team members cause we need some good competition, so we can show how good it is to stay "team oldskool"

All oldskool team put your details in here so we know your wearing the new signature

Cheers

p.s have a good one everybody

I always looked at the retro tech as being the use of modern technology in old school cars. Modernising old school looking cars.

Whereas I'd be using old technology on a modern engine. Sort of old-schooling a 'hi-tech' engine, to suit an old school car. Well, that's how I'd like to think of it.

but then again, there's nothing particularly new about the twin cam multivalve design either...

well i'd say it is in fact a retro tech, using new technology with old technology.

new engine as a base and old technology hanging off of it.

or am i wrong?
