Since you've replaced all the main stuff and its still overheating I would start to look at cracked head or blown head gasket exposing the water to the charge making it run hot. Does steam come out the exhaust? Does it lose any water? Does your block have a huge overbore?

took the ute for a spin today pretty much the first descent spin since i had it and it a pretty cool day and the temp still rises to like 220 degrees farenheit
why does it get so hot
ive replaced the radiator with a brand new gemini radiator, new 12' thermo, new 72 degree thermostat and a new water pump
what else could i do to keep it cool or should i consider moving the intercooler????
