OMG my wagon axle tramps SOOOO badly.
I have wasted as shocks though and i presum when i get new ones, remove blocks and get the leafs reset (so its done properly) then it'd all be sweet.
Have you checked the cond of your shocks because they are prob toast.

my koni's are fine, huge difference between full soft and full hard. nearly impossible to pull shock apart and full hard setting.

I have the Pedders/JTS reversed eye leaf springs in mine and swear by them!! HUGE difference in moving from stockie munroe shocks to Koni adjustable - yeeeehaaa
I agree with Harry - sort out the springs. Spend the $$$ for the right gear and enjoy - sometimes there is no cheap fix
