My a14 in my 76 B210 was running very rough, bogging and stalling out. I still believe the carb needs adjusting but I also checked the egr valve. The valve was seized and the hole was caked with dry black deposits. The part between the valve and engine was also sealed fully with the black stuff. I repalced the parts with ones from my parts car and the car now stalls if you dont give it gas constantly. I tried to increase the idle speed but my carb doesnt repond as id did before. I managed to get it to idle in park but it barely holds on and often stalls in drive. I also hear a loud airflow that seems to come from the throat of the carb that I didnt hear before i swapped the egr parts.

sound as though its starving for fuel
cheack your feul pump or
maby blocked needle and seat
do you have a spare carb on your parts car to try out

Trash the stock induction

Sounds like the accellerator pump needs fixing.
