yeah its out of my old skyline that i sold to my mate so i no its a LSD it does need to be recoed tho starting to open up a bit.
My plan was to give the R31 diff and a spare 1200 ute housing i have to the diff shop then il put the new cut down 1 in myself.

if it really has an LSD centre in it that was a very nice score! thats even cheap for a non LSD diff, if complete!

about the $600-$700 mark to get it done if you take it to a diff place and give them an old diff to copy measurements from. that'll have the housing cut down, the axles shortened and resplined and the mountings to the leaves put in place. might also be an idea to get them to push new bearings on the axles and check out the condition of the LSD centre too.

Hey guys i was lucky enough to pick up a R31 skyline diff with an LSD center for $150 of a mate so its time to start my diff conversion.
Any pointers should this diff be strong enough how much should i expect to pay if i do the diff fitting and just pay someone to cut it down and respline the axles any help would be great.
