I dont no much about sr20s i 1200s but check if the pedal box is broken or the piston could be stuck in the slave

Adjust the clutch pedal stop under the dash. And look at how far the clutch fork in the gearbox moves in regards to the clutch pedal.

Look at how it was installed by the dude that did the clutch conversion. Maybe they got it completely wrong in regards to clutch master and clutch slave cylinder sizes. By the sounds of how it's working now, You might need a MUCH smaller clutch master. That would explain why the previous owner has adjusted the clutch pedal stop to look like that.

As an aside..there are only 2 popular sizes for clutch slave cylinders. But several different master cylinder sizes.

yesterday it rained in teh shire and got a lil tail happy a fair few times just muckign around neway after that seemed to have clutch slippage ay like started out not disengaging right seemed iffy. then today its like hell smooth but slips when i plant it.
possible problems
clutch plate worn
pressure palte and clutch plate??
there is oil under the gearbox maybe leakign rear main seal on the crank leaking oil onto the clutch?
incorrect clutch adjustment (look at pic clutch is 1inch further bak than the brake and i only got a 2inch throw and if i release the pedal like 5mm SERO i can like start moving the car)
