yeah i would fit the twin SUs and a mild (say 25/65 or 25/68) cam - with modded lash pads - and a 2inch exhaust for some serious improvement in power for not a lot of money.

you already have the elec dizzy as mentioned which is a big bonus. just get a high voltage coil to take full advantage of that.

the L16s love to rev - so give them air and fuel and they'll do it all day long.
