i was lookn at putting a rotar in it but i want to stay with the origional motor and do somthing to it that is difrent coz there are not a lot of 1200 utes here in NZ ! (haha) as for money and time i realise that it is not going to be a slap a turbo on and go job so i dont mind rebuilding it for the ground up any answers would be mint Cheers

oh FFS ... what's your budget?

racing or street?

do you want to rebuild the engine or turbo the stock engine?

do you want to go EFI? feel like wiring it yourself using a camira computer or want an aftermarket gizmo?

if you want to use a carby, draw thru or blow thru?

any brake upgrades planned? if not, start thinking about it.

this is my first build but so i am just looking for things that will help me on my way, at this stage i am building it for street ( but still want performance) i want to pull the motor to bits and strengenthen it up but still want to stay with the carb, as for the brakes and struts i can get them through work and the diff i think that will be the last thing on my mind

Cheers
