Dattodude do you know if there is stroker kit that can take the CA18DE to 2 litres?

Thanks for that Dattodude.

There are a couple of Japanese stroker kits for CA's but be prepared to put a second mortgage on your house to afford one. Jun makes one but I can't remember the name of the other place. There are probably several other Japanese tuning houses that make kits too.

I only know of the Tomei kit. ~$10,000+

For 200cc it's not worth the trouble on a DET. I can see that it might be cool for a DE.
Spend the money on a better balanced/blueprinted engine, and some trick valve springs/cams.

$14,000.... Jeezus bo-beezus!

... but then again, I've known some people to spend $50,000+++ on their V8... Only to break the 11sec bracket

I have been told by my parts guy that the front running V8's in the Historics category spend $60,000 - $70,000 on their motors. Big coin!

Just toss in a Z24 Crank. It's a cinch, just a bit of manchinun is all.

A friend of a friend of a guy I once new did it and it run'd some nasty 1/4 mile times.
