10am sharp? aslong as there before 11am is fine otherwise you'll be left behind

my number: 0403-655-014
if it's raining on the day give us a call/msg to see if the cruise is still on

i will cancel if it's raining heavily, but light rain is fine with me.

my cars getting tuned tomorrow, apparently it's an analogue dyno which means no print outs, but can give max power i believe, bit dissapointing not too get a chart but oh well, proofs in the ET when i get one anyway i guess

Bring an extra pair of pants boys, if it's wet then it will be fairly muddy and slippery t our destination.

What are we doing when we get to Kinglake? Cruising further? Or sitting down for a chat.

12 degrees is not looking good.
If it pours it will be cancelled
But Eltham has different weather to everyone else, believe me. It's sunny here when it's chucking it down in Doncaster.

Anyway
Hope your heaters work
Cya 10 - 10.45 am Saturday

unfortunately mad120y hasnt been replying here, so i guess if he's helping with roads it'll be on the day

Im here guys.... Looks like it will be wet, but that wont be stopping me!!!

We're planning on stopping in Kinglake for lunch?

If people are keen after that Im going to head on the road to healsville. Great road, very twisty with banked corners... I guess poeple can decide on the day. We're gunna have to be a bit careful on the hurst -> kinglake rd, esp as we will be driving on the cliff side of the road. Theres not much room for mistakes.

See ya all tomorrow.

Richard

Well it was a fairly successful cruise.
Pity Scotty couldnt make it any further.

All you slackers who didnt show up should be ashamed, we had a glorious day.
4 cars: boofhead, lagwagon, 1200rallycar and mad120y.

Had some interest at the start of the cruise to come and look at the FULLY SICK cars, but they didnt come for a drive with us.

We ended up clocking about 270 k's, going from Eltham to Kinglake via Mt Pleasant Rd, on through Toolangi to Healesville, to Marysville to pass through the Reefton Spur, then we finished up in Warburton talking cars.

Was a thoroughly enjoyable day out.

Can I just say, boofhead's sedan is a sweet little machine. It's beautiful.

Mad120y's 1600 runs like a dream.

And fuel is far too expensive to be doing this too often

t'was a good day although there were only the 4 of us for the run we did, i reckon it worked a treat thanks to dattogal for gettin the ball rolling and mad120y for leading the way.

the lagwagon went good, even when facing the wrong way and well off the side of the road
mad120's 1600 was a decent pace setter thru the twisty bits,
and the coupe of 1200rallycar ran smooth for the whole trip

as for my little sedan, thanks for the praise dattogal, i reckon the twin webered a12 well and truely held its own and i'm over the moon at the way she accelerated and handled for the whole trip (my cruise tallied around 600km) with the only hiccup being a loose carby linkage

(will wait patiently for a 1200rc response re: the weber Vs efi battle )

oh yeah ..... sorry, no pics as there was nothing you guys haven't seen before
