I actually bought some compressors, they were heaps cheaper than what i thought ($40) and they solved
the brob. thanks again.

A little tip for all those using spring compressors. Although they are the safest way to compress springs many cheap ones are prone to exploding when loaded up. Usually the long bolts will
break under the strain whilst applying torque to tighten them. It is critical that the thread is allways well lubed. I never make a habit of leaning over a compressed spring. If they let go
and you are close by they can permanently rearange any bodily parts! I have seen a spring shoot around 20M out of a garage when the strut nut was undone without using spring compressors.
The result would be the same if the sping compressor broke!
