I have to take my last post back. I will be travelling again by myself to the meeting Anyone need a lift from Wynyard or any where along the way? (txt or Phone me on 0417 507 848)

Dont forget daylight savings starts this week end.(put you clock forward 1hr before going to bed Sat nite).

Dave im sure if you get to the exhaust shop they should have a reducer that you could buy.

Anyone looking to go and watch the racing out at Symmons on Sun?

Well it was great to see the big turn out(for us anyway) A couple of new face and new cars (6 Datsuns in all) Toms ute was looking good as was Nismo's Green 120y coupe. It was good to see Frenchy's 1600 and the utes of Tim and Nick. Toms 120y was back on the road and fully legal this time. also good to see Dave turn up and also to hear that he hasn't given up on the Datto's. Thanks to you all for coming and lets keep this group growing.

Cheers Wombat

Yes it was a great turnout of Datto's today and the weather wasn't to bad, at least the sun was out most of the time.
Hopefully we can get this many at our next meet or if not many more.

So everyone still spread the word and hand out those Datsun flyers.
For our next meet we should change the venue to somewhere central, like in one of the city carparks perhaps, maybe the Cimitiere street one where the old BBC hardware store used to be.(next to Tic-Tac fabrics) so that our cars can be seen by some other datto nuts.
This will help the club heaps and generate more members.

Anyway hope to hear your responses from the day. seeya later.

Nismo you have hit the nail on the head. I was having a good talk with Tim and the others before I left and we were saying the same thing. We also need to have a set time of the month or when ever we are going to meet. like the 2nd sunday for example. I hope a few of the othesr post up on here and let us know what they think.

Keep the ideas coming guys.
I followed a 120y coupe with "L" plates yesterday and we may have another member from it. The young lady driving the car was very interested in the club.

At the next meeting we have we will have to sit down and nut out where we are going to meet each time and how often. Tim had some really great ideas for how we can get this group and turn it into a proper club. Get cams affiliated and have club days motokhanas etc.

Hi Tom
With the Charles St carpark, do you mean the Hardly Normal/ Super Cheap Auto carpark?????
That sounds ok, but how busy is it down there on sundays????
We could always give it a go.
It can't be any worse than where we meet up now.

WE NEED TO BE SEEN.

Please everyone keep your thoughts flowing in.

Also what do I here your dad has bought.
(A white 120y coupe).?????
Am I reading right???

Please put up a pic of the baby very soon.
I would love to see it.

GO THE DATTO!

Another 120Y to the pack! The more the better i say, and brings in family tradition also...

How about, the Cimitere street car park? one out the back of Birchalls and Myer. Many people drive past it and its a VERY noticeable carpark, free parking on Sundays and its huge so a really good spot for a meeting.

Im just really keen for a cruise thats all!
Dave
