What type of head do i have?

i bought a GX head of someone here but i cant work out if its stock or worked. it has double valve springs the inlet ports are 39mm high and 30mm wide the inlet valve is 37mm. the exhaust side are 32mm high 28mm wide and the valve is 30mm big and its a closed chamber head. it also has JTS stamped on the inlet and exhaust side with 3 little marks. is this stock?
the casting numbers are H89 & 607? please help

would be guessin its a modded A14 head from the number. is it an open chamber or closed ?? check here for details of the different head types head stuff

an a14 is as good as, if not better than a gx head if the work done to it is good
JTS is an engine builder/performance place ?? someone will correct me if i'm wrong

should be able to with out too much effort, mainly depend what bottom end and cam you're running
